| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力大量外流,是在中国特定社会经济条件下的一种非农化和城市化的权宜现象,对经济发展产生的影响是多方面的。文章主要分析了近年来我国农村剩余劳动力转移规模和就业格局,研究了农村劳动力转移对我国国民经济增长的影响以及增加就业机会的基本途径。

| Abstract: | The massive out-migration of rural labor force,a makeshift to non-agriculture realization and urbanization in China's specific social economics context,has a great and multidimensional influence on economic development.This paper analyses the general situation of rural labor transfer and reemployment pattern,especially in recent years in China.The paper analysis chiefly evaluates the influence made by rural labor transfer to the GDP of both in agricultural sectors and increase employment opportunities. |
