| 摘 要： | 基于大城市区域化发展、区域经济联系与合作发展以及我国综改试验区建设与发展趋势,以黄河上游河湟两岸城市密集区为研究区域,提出了构建兰州-西宁-银川经济区的战略构想,并从区域空间与产业双重整合等方面,提出了推动经济区建设与发展的政策建议,以期推进西部大开发战略的深入实施,从而推动整个西北地区经济的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | The construction of Lanzhou-Xining-Yinchuan Ecological Economic Zone was put forwad in this paper based on the regional urbanization of the city development,regional economic ties and cooperation in development and the Comprehensive Reform of China's construction and development trend of pilot area to the upper reaches of the Yellow River cross-strait city built-up areas as the study area.Then from regional integration and industrial space,the author showed the policy proposals of promoting the construction... |
