| Abstract: | The theory of regional economy with characteristic and the core competency illustrates sufficiently that taking advantage of natural gifted resources in western region,we can develop the specialized economy,greatly exert the regional comparative advantage of the west,gradually form the core competency in western region and thus promote the sustainable development of economy. |
