| 摘 要： | 现代高新技术条件下，技术保护措施成为著作权保护的一个重要方法。但没有任何限制的技术保护措施与著作权法存在诸多冲突，因此，需要加以适当限制，合理地协调创作者、传播者、使用者和社会公众的利益。
