| 摘 要： | 文章从市场主体、市场体系、政府职能、社会保障等四个方面对西部地区市场经济体制建设的现状进行了评价；分析了西部地区市场经济体制滞后的成因；提出了国退民进，推进深度市场化与国际化．规范政府行为等完善西部地区市场经济体制的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | This text appraised the current situation of the market economic system in the western region from the main body, market system, government's function and social security system four respects ;analysed the origin cause of formation that the market economic system in western region lags behind;finally, proposed a train of thoughts of paying attention to developing nonstate-owned economy, propelling the depth of marketization and internationalization of western region, standardizing government's behavior and so on to perfect the market economic system in western region. |
