| 摘 要： | 三十年来我国的经济建设取得了巨大的成就，社会主义市场经济体系也不断完善。收入分配不公作为一个较突出的问题在我国家越来越得到重视。通过分析城乡之间、区域之间、不同行业之间及各自内部的收入分配不公现状，探求导致收入分配不公的所有制结构、非法暴富、腐败、教育不均衡、行业垄断等原因，提出应通过加快经济发展、协调好效率与公平、转变政府职能、加大对非法收入的控制以调整收入分配差距，促进和谐社会的构建。
