基于心理契约的饭店员工流失动态管理

摘    要:饭店员工是饭店赖以生存和发展的核心力量,然而饭店业员工流失现象日益增多,给饭店经营管理带来了严重影响。从心理契约角度出发,对饭店员工心理契约特征进行分析,构建员工流失动态管理模型,并从微观、宏观两方面提出控制员工流失的对策。

Abstract:Hotel employees are the core strength to a hotel's survival and development,but the phenomenon of hotel employee drain has very bad effect on hotel's operation and management.This paper analyses the hotel employees' psychological characteristics and builds a dynamic management model of hotel employee drain from psychological viewpoint.Moreover,it provides the countermeasures from both micro and macro aspects.
