非专业素质教育与大学生就业力提升研究

提升大学生就业力对缓解大学生就业压力、促进我国高等教育及社会经济的发展均具有重要意义。目前我国大学生自主学习能力有待加强、职业生涯规划意识淡薄、职业心理素养严重缺乏，就业力持续弱化。这主要与高校对大学生就业力培养重视不够、课程设置和学生评奖评优制度不合理等因素有关。应从职业生涯规划教育、心理素质咨询教育及社会实践拓展教育方面强化高校非专业素质教育对提升大学生就业力的作用；将非专业素质教育纳入高校整体规划，健全非专业素质教育组织实施体系，改善高校大学生考评体系，持续提升大学生就业力。

Employability promoting of college students is of great significance to ease the college students＇employment pressure, and promote development of higher education and social economy in China. At present Chinese college students are lack of autonomous learning ability, career planning consciousness, and professional psychological quality serious, leading to employment force continued weakening. These major factors are cultivation of university students＇employment is not paid enough attention, the curriculum and assessment system is not reasonable and so on. We should intensify the non - spe- cialized quality education to improve college students＂ employment force from career planning education, psychological quality consulting education and social practice development education. Then, we also will put non - specialized quality education into the overall planning of college, improve the non - specialized quality education organization and imple- ment system, improve policy suggestions of college students＂ evaluation system to promote college students＂ employment force.
