| 摘 要： | 怀化市地处湖南省西南部,沅水中上游,南与广西的桂林和柳州接壤,西与贵州的铜仁和黔东南交界,独特区位条件造就了怀化铁路公路的“双十字”交叉,正是这“双十字”交叉,才促使交通不断叠加,“铁公机”报晓给怀化带来的将是区域性中心城市的黎明.应充分利用怀化枢纽地位的形成和叠加,并不断放大,让怀化发展成为湘鄂渝黔桂五省（市、区）周边地区重要的现代商贸物流中心、中西部能源调度中心、中国最具魅力的生态民俗旅游休闲度假胜地.

| Abstract: | Huaihua city is located in the southwest of Hunan province, Yuan River upstream. The southern of Huaihua is connected Guilin in Guangxi and Liuzhou, and the west is connected with the Guizhou Tongren and Qiandongnan. The unique geo- graphical conditions created Huaihua railway highway ＂ double cross＂ intersection, which prompts the traffic increase. We should make full use of Huaihua formation and the superposition of hinge position, and continue to enlarge it, to let Huaihua become an important modern business center, the midwest energy dispatching center, China most attractive ec- ological folk custom tourism and leisure resort in Xiangeyuqiangui five province （city, area） surrounding areas. |
