摘    要:人文教育对科技创新人才的培养具有重要意义。人文教育能有效塑造科技创新人才的独立人格,帮助其树立正确的价值观、高尚的道德品质以及健康的心理状态;有助于提高科技创新人才的创新能力,激发创新思维和创新精神,优化创新方法,促进科技创新人才的全面健康发展。
