| 摘 要： | 在对社会体育专业毕业生就业情况进行分析后指出,在社会体育专业下设置经营管理方向是非常必要的,并提出其专业课程、课程体系和实践教学模式设置要适应岗位需求和能力培养的要求,并应通过案例教学、顶岗实习与课堂学习交替实践、集中与分散实习和台阶式实习实训等教学模式来培养体育产业的经营管理人才。 |

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on current condition of employment for social sports college students,this essay thinks that the setup of management specialty is necessary for social sports students.Based on this view,this essay discusses the goal and orieintation for this development field,emphasizes the importance of coherence between market need and course plan,and puts forward four teaching modes for social sports＇ college students in management study. |
