| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is a special form of industrial organization, which has obvious competitive advantages. Nowadays, industrial cluster strategy has already become one of the leading strategic models to enhance competitive power of the mid - small enterprises, and to accelerate regional economic growth. Specialized division - collaboration effect and outer scale economy effect, produced by industrial cluster, have significant effects on improvement of cost and innovation competitive power of mid - small enterprises. |
