市场营销学角色互换教学法的实证分析

摘    要:研究如何改进教学方法,提高教学效果是当代教育的一个主题。通过随机抽样,从学生心理状态和感受、教学质量的保证、学习环境3个构面18个指标获取研究数据。实证研究表明,角色互换教学法在挖掘学生的内在潜力,调动学习积极性,提高分析、解决问题的能力和组织协调能力等方面作用显著,但该方法作用的发挥也受课程性质、教学对象等因素的制约。
