| 摘 要： | 本文尝试从实证的角度,以湖南为例,探讨在当前资源、环境约束的条件下,经济增长与教育投资、人力资本之间的关系,并分析教育投入、人力资本对经济增长的贡献度,分析得出:当前我国经济发展仍未摆脱依靠资本、劳动力等要素投入的粗放型增长方式,人力资本对经济增长的贡献程度偏低,亟待通过教育模式进一步改革来实现经济发展方式的转变.

| Abstract: | From an empirical angle,taking Hunan Province as an example,this paper discusses the relationship between economic growth and educational investment and human capital under the restriction of resources and environment.It analyzes the contribution degree of educational investment and human capital to economic growth with a conclusion that currently,China’s economic development mainly depends on capital,labor force elements ad takes an inefficient model of economic growth.Due to the low contribution degree of human capital to economic growth,we need to transform economic development mode through educational reform. |
