关于发展农村小城镇与加快中国城市化的若干问题

It is also proved that the urbanization with Chinese characteristics demands an emphasis on the development of small rural towns,and that the development of small rural towns, a strategic question, will in turn quicken china's urbanization and alleviate the shortages of urbans. A series of suggestions are also advanced to acclerate the development of china's small rural towns in an active and stable way.
