| Abstract: | The paper begins with the analysis of the essence of enterprise culture,and discusses how to eliminate misunderstanding of its construction and hold a correct judgment of the development trend under the condition of global economic integration.In the situation of multicultural integration,the establishment of enterprise culture with people-centered,collaborative competition will become an intrinsic driving force and a long-term mechanism to promote China's international competitiveness. |
