摘    要:企业文化建设的目标是达到企业成长与员工发展的同步性,企业能清楚每个员工的发展期望并予以满足,每个员工也能为企业的发展做出全力奉献,这就是基于心理契约的企业文化。本文在阐释了心理契约、企业文化的内涵以及心理契约与企业文化相互关系的基础上,对目前我国企业文化建设的现状进行了分析,并提出了基于心理契约的企业文化构建的重要途径。
