| 摘 要： | 随着就业形势的日益严峻，大学生就业已成为高校学生管理工作的重点。不少大学生在面对就业问题上，采取了“创业”。随之而来的将是高校如何应对大学生“创业”的教育改革。本文阐述了培养“企业家精神”对于当代大学生尤其是准备创业的大学生的重要性，以及在高校学生管理工作中如何培养大学生的“企业家精神”。

| Abstract: | China has witnessed serious employment situation in recent years.The job-seeking of the college students has become the focus of the student management work in colleges.Facing the rigorous situation,some college students would choose to "start a business".Thus,the colleges and universities meet new challenges in educational reform on how to supervise the students' start-up.This article discusses the importance of cultivating the "entrepreneur spirit" among contemporary college students,especially for those who prepare to start a business.It also deals with the strategies of cultivating their "entrepreneur spirit". |
