| 摘 要： | 本文以14家上市银行为研究对象,在对中国上市企业公司治理的总体水平、银行资产规模等影响银行公司治理水平和绩效的因素进行控制的条件下,对中资银行引进的境外战略投资者与银行公司治理和绩效关系进行了实证研究。实证结果表明境外战略投资者派驻董事对上市银行的公司治理水平和综合绩效产生显著的正向影响,两者间是正相关关系;境外战略投资者的持股比例及其是否为上市银行的控股股东与银行公司治理水平与综合绩效间不存在显著的正相关关系。

| Abstract: | This paper empirically analyzes relations between foreign strategic investor and the corporate governance and efficiency of fourteen Chinese listed banks in aspects concerning overall management level,bank capital scope.The result shows clearly that the former has a positive effect on the latter.However,the proportion of shares held by the foreign strategic investors has no significant positive influence on the corporate governance level and banks’performance. |
