| 摘 要： | 我国自1999年实行助学贷款制度以来，已取得了一定成效，但在政策的实施过程中也出现了很多问题，致使国家助学贷款制度陷入渊境。还款制度在助学贷款体系中起着至关重要的作用，直接关系到银行还款率的高低和助学贷款机制的顺利运行。本文通过对助学贷款制度实施比较成功的几个国家还款机制的介绍，以及对我国现行助学贷款制度的现状分析，总结出我国助学贷款还款制度中存在的缺陷。并在借鉴国际先进经验的基础上，提出了完善我国助学贷款还款制度的政策建议和措施。

| Abstract: | The Student-aid loan system has been obtaining a reasonable amount of achievement since implemented in 1999. However, problems are also accompanying with the achievement, which even bring the system into the corner. Above all, being considered as a significant part in the whole system, the repaying procedure directly affect ups and downs of the bank＇s repayment rate as well as smoothly running of the present student-aid loan system. This article mainly elaborates the reasons that caused the system into trap by analyzing some successful cases abroad. Likewise, based on the advanced international experiences, this paper also puts out a series of suggestions and measures related to the improvement of the student-aid loan system in China. |
