教学型大学课堂教学质量评价维度结构探讨

摘    要:近年来,随着教育教学改革的推进,高校课堂教学质量成为社会关注的热点问题,但很少有研究探讨教学型大学课堂教学质量评价。本文采用文献法与深度访谈法,构建了教学型大学课堂教学质量评价体系。研究结果表明:教学型大学课堂教学质量评价主要有八个维度:教学目标制定、教学时间管理、教学技巧、教学监管、教学反馈、教学改善、教学沟通及承担非教学责任。基于此,对教学型大学课堂教学质量评价提供了一些实践启示。

Abstract:In recent years, along with the reform of education teaching, the quality of classroom teaching is becoming more important. But few studies discuss the quality of classroom teaching in Teaching University. This article uses the method of the depth interview and review, constructing the model of evaluation system of quality of classroom teaching in Teaching University. The result shows that the evaluation system is consisted of eight dimensions: including setting teaching objective, teaching time management,teaching techniques, teaching regulations, teaching feedback, teaching improvement, teaching communication and taking responsibility for extra-teaching. Based on these, the study puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of high class teaching.
