| 摘 要： | 理论上,人民币升值在空间和时间两个维度对高碳和低碳产业的影响不同,导致区域碳排放强度差异先收敛后扩散。然后以广西、广东为例,分别以人民币的名义和实际有效汇率,采用VAR模型的脉冲响应分析进行检验,证实了前述理论分析。最后建议,一是在分解区域碳排放指标时应考虑人民币升值对区域碳排放强度的非对称冲击;二是积极探索在人民币升值背景下低碳劳动密集型产业发展的新机制;三是在广西试点建立跨省区的低碳合作区。

| Abstract: | There are different impacts that RMB appreciation dose have on carbon industrial structure both spatially and temporally. Thus the differences of carbon intensity due to regions will astringe at first and then diffuse. This paper uses VAR model to do some examination based on a case study of Guangxi and Guangdong. It is suggested that the imbalanced Impact of RMB appreciation on carbon intensity should be taken into account when the quotas of reduction emission are divided among regions;The mechanism of developing low-carbon and labor-intensive industries should be probed into; Low-carbon cooperated zone should be constructed in Guangxi. |
