商科人才培养的通识教育理念及构建

摘    要:育人而非制器是大学教育的要义。商科院校的大学共性和专业特性要求在商科人才培养中加强通识教育。构建商科院校通识教育关键在于处理好专业教育与通识教育的冲突与融合,强化商科通识教育课程特色。

Abstract:The essence of university education is to cultivate a person rather than produce a tool. As a university of commerce, its commonness of university and professional characteristics involve the higher demanding of general education in training the business personnel. To build on the general education in the universities of commerce, the critical task is to deal with the relationship between general education and professional education, and to enhance the characteristic of general education courses in university of commerce.
