| 摘 要： | 通过引入共生概念作为研究中小企业集群融资机制的分析工具,按照演化经济学的观点,运用金融契约关系模型,从风险总量角度对比分析集群企业以寄生模式存在时的系统总风险状况,得出集群内企业的信用风险分摊方式.并以轮流信用模式做实验检验,得出此种模式下,在集群范围内构建轮流信用会员企业的信用评级制度是防止道德风险和逆向选择发生的最好方式.

| Abstract: | This paper testified the privilege of SMEs cluster financing through an empirical study on the survey of financial situation of SMEs in clusters.The empirical results show that the clustering is SMEs’ financing innovation which provides financing privilege on SMEs to solve the natural constraints.As a result,we consider the risk sharing mechanism of symbiotic relationship increases the system utility and decentralizes systematic credit risk. |
