| 摘 要： | 本文首先构造了我国区域创新能力的评估指标体系,利用因子分析法对我国各省市的区域创新能力进行测评,比较了中部地区区域创新能力与东部、东北、西部地区的发达省份的差距,然后在比较分析的基础上提出了提高中部六省区域创新能力、促进中部崛起的建议.

| Abstract: | By constructing evaluation index system and using factor analysis, this paper evaluates regional evaluation ability of provinces and cities in China and finds out differences of regional innovation ability between mid - China and east, north - east and west China. Suggestions on improving regional innovation ability of six provinces in mid- China are proposed based on the comparison. |
