| 摘 要： | 高校课程设置作为人才培养方案的核心内容，其科学、合理与否直接关系到高校的人才培养质量，进而直接影响到大学生的就业能力。在目前大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻的情况下，高校课程设置应以大学生就业能力的培养为导向，把就业能力的培养融入到课程设置的各个系统中，并贯穿于整个大学生涯。这对于大学生就业能力培养和提升大学生就业竞争力具有重要的现实意义。

In the current grim situation, college curriculum should be directed to cultivating students＇ employability through different stages, which will be of great significance to the enhancement of students＇ ability. |
