服务外包校企合作人才培养与师资队伍建设评估策略研究

近年来,我国服务外包产业发展迅速,人才需求旺盛,但高校人才培养却存在着培养模式和师资队伍不能满足需要的问题;服务外包人才培养一是需要突出专业特色,提高学生的工程实践能力,开展校企合作,改革培养模式。二是需要改革服务外包工程教师的评价机制,建立高水平的双师型教师队伍。拟选取符合服务外包教师队伍发展规律曲线的回归分析函数,构建服务外包教师队伍教学实力评估模型,对相关专业教师队伍教学实力和建设状况进行评估,并通过评估模型进行预测或开展对策研究。

On the Evaluation Strategies of the Development of Teachers and Personnel Training Through the University-enterprise Cooperation in Service Outsourcing

In recent years, China’s service outsourcing industry is developing rapidly, demand of personnel training in colleges or universities is exuberant, but there are problems that training model and teaching staff cannot meet the needs. For developing service outsourcing talents, firstly, it is to highlight the characteristic of specialty, improve students engineering practice ability, and reform the training mode by carrying out school enterprise cooperation. Secondly, it is to reform the evaluation mechanism of teachers of service outsourcing project, construct a high level of double qualified teachers＇ team. We select the regression analysis function to fit curve of the service outsourcing teachers’ development law, construct service outsourcing teachers teaching evaluation model, to evaluate the related professional teachers teaching strength and construction conditions and predict or carry out countermeasures by using the evaluation model.
