| 摘 要： | "两型社会"是指"资源节约型和环境友好型社会",服务外包是相对于制造外包而言的,在长株潭"两型社会"试验区大力发展服务外包具有重要的战略意义。政策上要着眼于改善服务外包发展的基础商业环境和降低服务外包提供商成本(包括交易成本),提高服务能力;具体措施上要从思想认识、市场定位、工作机制、平台建设、人才体系、品牌等方面进行强化。
