| 摘 要： | 工程建设项目招投标过程中，招标工作的成功与否事关工程建设的成败，而制定科学合理的评标方法又是招标工作的关键．为杜绝招投标过程中的违规行为，采取层次分析法建立评标模型，通过对各种评比因素两两对比，整合出了具有综合性、科学性、定性与定量分析相结合的评标方法．最后通过仿真实例，给出了评标模型的计算演示．
