线粒体与衰老的研究进展

摘    要:大量研究结果表明,衰老的发展过程与线粒体功能异常密切相关,线粒体产生的过多自由基被视为引发衰老的一个重要因素。在衰老过程中,自由基对mtDNA产生氧化伤害导致mtDNA突变,mtDNA突变的增加引发机体多种生理功能的紊乱,加速衰老进程。文章主要就近年来线粒体与衰老的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Many experimental results have showed that the progress of aging is closely related to the mitochondrial dysfunction and excessive free radicals in mitochondria are considered an important factor inducing senescence. In the aging process, the free radicals produce oxidative damage to mtDNA which leads to mtDNA mutations, and the accumulation of the mtDNA mutations results in the disorder of a variety of physiological malfunctions within the body and accelerate the aging process. This article has reviewed the research progress of mitochondria and aging in recent years.
