| 摘 要： | 胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌是一种极少见的胰腺肿瘤,故易误诊漏诊.其恶性程度较低,手术切除率高,完全切除者可获长期生存.提高该病诊治水平的关键,在于加强对本病的认识和熟悉其病理学特点,并能对影像学表现进行认真分析.

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma is extremely rare and grows slowly, therefore it is easy to be misdiagnosed or fails to be examined. But its malignant degree is low and the rate of resection is high. The patients with resected adenocarcinoma is alive for many years. In order to promote the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma, surgeons must be familiar with the clinical features, pathologic appearance and carry on careful analysis to the imageology performance. |
