| 摘 要： | 以常见的主轴结构为例,从轴承的预紧力和预紧量、润滑方式和供油（脂）量、主轴精度等方面对其使用寿命的影响进行研究,提出了预紧力和预紧量与刚度、抗振性、滚动疲劳寿命之间,润滑方式及供油量与转速、载荷及温升之间的关系,论述了主轴精度对轴承使用寿命影响。

| Abstract: | Taking the common spindle structure as an example,the effects exerted by bearing preload and preload volume,clearance lubrication and oil（grease） quantity and the spindle＇s precision on the spindle bearing＇s service life have been studied.The relationship between preload and preload volume and Stiffness,anti-vibration,and rolling fatigue life and the relationship between lubrication and oil（grease） quantity and its rotation,loading,temperature rising and the impact of the spindle＇s precision on the bearing＇s service life have been analyzed.The management chart of the spindle bearing life has been put forward. |
