泌尿生殖道支原体检测及耐药性分析

摘    要:了解泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染情况及药敏特性,指导临床合理用药。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏试剂盒对患者进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏实验。结果为943例患者中支原体培养阳性325例,感染率为34.5%,解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)及两者混合感染的阳性率分别为22.2%、2.4%、9.9%。支原体对环丙沙星的耐药性最高为56.9%,其次为氧氟沙星和司帕沙星,分别为52.6%和38.8%,对交沙霉素、强力霉素和美满霉素的耐药率较低,分别为5.8%、7.4%和12.0%。支原体是引起泌尿生殖道感染的重要病原体之一,交沙霉素、强力霉素和美满霉素是治疗该地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染的首选药物。

Abstract:Objective: to investigate the current infection and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplama hominis(Mh) in urogenital specimens,and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and therapy.Method:Mycoplasma Susceptibility Test Kit was used to identify,characterize and analyze the antimicrobial sensitivities of the isolated bacteria.Results: A total of 943 samples were collected,and there were 325 positive cases in mycoplasma infection,the positive rate was 34.5%.The positive rate of Uu,Mh and mixed infection was 22.2%,2.4%and 9.9% respectively.Results:The result of susceptibility showed that mycoplasma has the highest resistant rate was to Ciprofloxacin(56.9%),next were to Ofloxacin and Sparfloxacin,with the resistant rate of 52.6% and 38.8% respectively.The resistant rate to Josamycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline was 5.8%,7.4% and 12.0%,respectively.Conclusion:Mycoplasma was the most prevalent pathogen in patients with urogenital tract infection.Josamycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline are suggested to be the first choice for urogenital infection caused by Mycoplasma in Huangshi city.
