重症急性胰腺炎的治疗体会

重症急性胰腺炎早期经过积极的非手术治疗，很多病人可得到彻底的治愈，但有些病人需早期手术治疗，在治疗选择上，作者认为应根据胰腺坏死的程度选择治疗方式，对于轻、中型病例，早期宜以保守治疗为主，重型病例应以手术为主。对两种易忽视的并发症ＡＲＤＳ和胰性脑病应有足够的认识。

TREATMENT FOR THE SERIOUS ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Serious acute pancreatitis can be cured thorughly in the early period through active non-operational treatment or operational treatment.The author thinks the therapy should be selected according to the degree of pancreatic necrosis.The disease can be mainly treated conservatively for the low-grade and medium-grade cases.But it must be mainly treated with operations for the serious cases.The vpper cholelithiasis and the fake pancreatic cyst should be actively treated for the non-oprational cases.The two complications of ARDS and pancreatic cerebral disease should be paid enough attention,which can be neglected easily.
