运用稳相法和模糊函数设计离焦不敏感光学系统

摘    要:非相干成像系统的离焦函数非常复杂,用一般的数学工具很难对其性质进行表征。模糊函数是一种特殊的数学工具,可以作为非相干成像系统的离焦函数来显示光学系统离焦时的光学传递函数;稳相法在复杂积分的近似计算方面有着独到的作用。文章利用模糊函数和稳相法设计出具对离焦不敏感性质的相位函数,从而得到离焦不敏感光学系统,并对波前调制系统的性质进行了研究。

Abstract:The Defocus Transfer Function(DTF) of Non-coherent optical imaging system is much complicated.It is very difficult to express the character of DTF if general mathematical tools are used.Ambiguity Function is a special mathematical tool,which can be used to show the Optical Transfer Function of defocus.Stationary Phase Method has magical power in complex calculations of integration.The paper designs an ideal extension depth of field phase function,and studies the characteristics of the wavefront coding system.
