| 摘 要： | 观察比较聚焦超声与射频治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效方法,选择892例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为聚焦超声组（观察组）、射频治疗组（对照组）各446例,两组于治疗后1~3个月评估疗效。结果为两组愈合情况无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,两组术后出血和愈合时间有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,聚焦超声术后出血发生率低于射频组,治愈时间少于射频组,聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂是一种安全有效的微创手术。

| Abstract: | Objective ： to observe and compare the clinical effects of focused ultrasound and radiofrequency therapy on cervical erosion. Methods：divide randomly 892 Cervical erosion patients into radiofrequency therapy group and focusing ultrasound group and evaluate effects after 1 -3 months treatment. Results：Two groups have no significant difference in healing（ P 〉0.05 ）,have significant difference in postoperative bleeding and healing time（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Incidence of bleeding after focused ultrasound surgery is lower that that of radiofrequency and so is the healing time. Conclusion ： focused ultrasound is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of cervical erosion. |
