摘    要:虾青素作为天然的着色剂、饲料添加剂和保健营养品,可广泛应用于食品、医药和化妆品行业,而法夫酵母是生产天然虾青素的主要微生物之一。主要概述了国内外在高产菌株的选育、廉价培养基的筛选及生产工艺参数优化等方面的研究进展,并对今后解决法夫酵母发酵生产中的瓶颈问题进行了展望。

Abstract:As a natural colorant,feed additive and healthy nurture,astaxanthin can be widely applied in food,medicine and cosmetic industries.Phaffia Rhodozyma is one of the major animalcules to produce natural Astaxanthin.This paper introduces research advances in selection and cultivation of high-producing strains,screening of low-cost medium and optimizaion of technical parameter and provides reference for solutions to the key problems in the production of Phaffia Rhodozyma.
