| 摘 要： | 支农再贷款作为中央银行的货币政策工具,是传导货币政策效应的重要手段。人民银行自开办支农再贷款业务以来,对调整经济结构、引导县域法人金融机构加大对"三农"薄弱环节的信贷投放、促进改善农村金融服务等方面起到了积极的作用。本文以陕西省为例,就支农再贷款的货币政策传导效应进行分析,并提出有关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural central bank lending is not only a monetary instrument but an essential tool to transmit monetary policy effect.Since the introduction of agricultural central bank lending,it played an important role to adjust economic structure,increase credit into rural economy,and improve rural financial services.This article takes the Shaanxi as an example,analyzes the monetary transmission effect of agricultural central bank lending for supporting agriculture and puts forward policy suggestion. |
