突发公共事件应急信息管理及完善路径探析

突发公共事件信息具有海量、分散、多样和复杂等特性,对突发公共事件应急信息的管理关系到应急管理工作的整体效能和长远发展,对基层央行加强应急管理具有十分重要的借鉴意义和研究价值。本文分析了我国应急信息管理中存在的主要问题,借鉴其它国家管理经验,提出完善我国应急信息管理的可行路径。

The Analysis on the Management of Information Response to Emergent Public Hazards and Improvement Ways

The information of emergent public hazards is dispersed, diverse and complex. The management of information re-sponse to emergent public hazards is related to the overall effectiveness and long-term development of the emergency management, and is an important reference and great value for grassroots central banks to strengthen the emergency management. The paper ana-lyzes the main problems of emergency information management in China, learns from the management experience of other countries, and puts forward feasible ways to perfect China’s emergency information management.
