Along with the advancement of China＇s urban and rural integration, the harmonious development of the payment busi- ness of financial institutions in urban and rural areas has become one of the important parts. On the basis of the Logistic growth model, the paper discusses the mutualism mode of payment and settlement, analyzes the problems existing in the development of payment and settlement in the process of urban and rural integration, and puts forward suggestions on how to construct the payment symbiotic mode of urban and rural integration.
