On the Successful Model of Poverty Reduction Program through Micro-credit for Women——An Exploration on Public-welfare Micro-credit Model in Yanchi County in Ningxia Province

Non-profit poverty alleviated micro-credit institution is one of effective ways to satisfy the financing requirement of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The paper has made a research on the operation of women entrepreneurs micro-credit center in Yanchi county for a long time,summarizes its characteristic and effects,and puts forward suggestions that by forming a benefit community between micro-credit and farmers self-help organization,the high efficiency of the credit and the sustainability of the institutions are both achieved,and credit service system should be established with the promotion assistants as the link.
