| 摘 要： | 金融作为农村经济发展中最重要的资本要素配置制度,在农村经济发展中的作用越来越明显。本文从甘肃省靖远县农村金融发展和现状出发,从公共经济理论的视角指出了目前农村金融发展中存在的诸多缺陷和问题,分析农村金融发展禀赋缺陷的原因,从政策供给角度提出解决这些问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | As an important capital allocation system in the rural financial development, the role of finance has been more and moreobvious. Staring from the development and situation of the rural finance of Jingyuan county, the paper points out the defects and prob-lems existing in the rural financial development from the perspective of the public economic theory, analyzes the reasons for congenitaldefects in rural financial development, and puts forward suggestions to solve these problems from the perspective of the policy supply. |
