| 摘 要： | 历经5年发展,北京CBD的区域产业功能定位逐渐明确。但在自身不断明晰产业发展方向 的同时,CBD和北京其他重点功能区的产业发展定位又存在重合之处。本文拟在CBD发展概况国际比较 分析的基础上,提出北京CBD今后的产业发展模式和相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the increase during 2000 to 2005 ,Beijing CBD's orientation of regional industry function is becoming clear about the way.At the same time,the other emphasis function districts of Beijing city have the similar industrial development way.By way of solving this potential question,this paper analyze the general situations of primary CBD in the world,and then,give the appropriate industry development pattern and corresponding policy suggestion. |
