| 摘 要： | 根据当代自然垄断理论的最新研究成果，基于自然垄断产业已经收敛到网络经济效应较强的产业上这一事实，本文进一步将自然垄断产业划分为信息传输型网络产业和物理传输型网络产业，探讨了不同类型自然垄断产业的管制类型以及不同类型自然垄断产业的管制政策。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that natural monopoly industries have been converged on the industries which have relatively strong network profit, this paper further divides natural monopoly industry into information transmission network industry and physical transmission network industry in the light of the latest study on the theory of contemporary matural monopoly, and discusses the types and policies of classified regulation for various monopoly industries. |
