| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析介绍了我国改革开放以来劳动力就业的发展状况、劳动力就业的产业结构分布特点以及就业结构与产业结构的相关关系,并且运用新古典增长模型对影响劳动力就业结构的因素作了深入分析。最后对我国劳动力就业结构的发展提出了一般分析和相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article has chiefly introduced and analysed the developing state of employment of china since reforming and opening up, distributional characteristics of employment structure of industry and relationship between employment structure and industrial structure. Futhermore, this article has also analysed factors of affecting employment structure in depth by using neo classical economic growth model. At last, the article provides a general analysis and some correlated suggestions about development of employment. |
