外商直接投资对中国内资企业出口竞争力的影响研究

外商直接投资的流入不仅对东道国的整体出口竞争力产生直接影响,而且会通过影响内资企业的生产成本、产品质量和声誉、出口商品结构以及生产规模等对东道国内资企业的出口竞争力产生间接影响。本文利用中国2001～2010年33个工业行业的面板数据实证分析了外商直接投资对中国内资企业出口竞争力的影响。结果表明,外商直接投资的流入促进了中国内资企业整体出口竞争力的提高,但表现出一定的行业异质性。外商直接投资的流入不利于资本密集型行业内资企业出口竞争力的提高,对劳动密集型行业内资企业的出口竞争力则具有显著的促进作用。

The Study on the Impact of FDI on Export Competitiveness of Domestic Firms in China

Not only has the inflow of FDI an direct effect on overall export competitiveness of host countries, but also it affects export competitiveness of domestic firms in host countries indirecdy by production cost,quality, reputation,export commodity structure and the scale of production.Based on panel data of 33 industries in China from 2001 to 2010,this paper analyzes the effect of FDI on the export competitiveness of domestic firms in China. The results show that the inflow of FDI contributes to the improvement of overall export competitiveness of domestic firms,but the effect is heterogeneous in different industry.Specifically,the inflow of FDI is an unfavourable factor to the export competitiveness of domestic firms in capital intensive industry,but it significantly promotes the export competitiveness in labor intensive industry.
