中国工业化道路的理性反思和现代化远景的前瞻定位

诞生于第一次世界大战期间的中国第一次工业化形成了积重难返的“两极结构”。受此影响,始于20世纪中叶的中国第二次赶超型工业化不仅没有消除“两极结构”,反而扩大了城乡差距。为了摆脱“两极结构”的束缚,中国在20世纪80年代开始了初见成效的第三次工业化。这次工业化的成功之处在于它将以改革为手段的内源现代化和以开放为途径的外源现代化结合起来。从发展的角度看,这次工业化必将使中国成为世界上第一个完成社会主义现代化的国家。

Rational Thinking of Chinese Industrialization and Provisional Orientation of Prospective Modernization

The first Chinese industrialization which had taken place during World War I formed solid "Extremes' Structure", then the second industrialization that had begun in the 20th century didn' t dispel "extremes' structure", but expanded disparity between town and country. In order to break through the tie of "Extremes' Structure", China has begun to carry on the third industrialization. This industrialization will be successful because it is the center of modernization from within and modernization from without . The means of the former is reform , and those of the latter is opening ?up . Viewing the problem from a developing angle , this industrialization will make China become the first country in which socialist modernization would have been realized.
