| 摘 要： | 如何保持中国土地高效利用与社会经济可持续发展是一项关系到中国未来发展的战略性问题.通过研究发现,中国目前处在工业化的加速时期,耕地的减少速度也处在倒U形的上升阶段,耕地减少趋势还将持续,尚未达到最高点.在这种情况下,我们须借鉴国外经验,不断提高土地集约利用程度,充分挖掘和发挥土地集约利用的潜力和水平.与此同时,还要积极探索和完善土地参与国家宏观调控的手段和途径,达到土地高效利用与社会经济可持续发展目标的实现.
