| 摘 要： | 大学生宿舍文化是高校基层党组织需引领和开拓的具有挑战性的文化阵地.通过从大学生宿舍文化的内在特点出发,以党建文化为依托,阐述了基层党组织在大学生宿舍文化建设与创新中的引领与主导作用,并进一步探索和论证了加强基层党组织在大学生宿舍文化建设的途径和方法.

| Abstract: | The dormitory culture of university students is a new challenging and ultimate cultural front. By starting from the inherent characteristics of university students＇ dormitory culture and basing on the party culture ,the paper ex- pounds the leading role of the primary party organization in culture construction and innovation, and deeply explores the way to strengthen the construction of the students＇ dormitory culture by the primary party organization. |
