西部各省（区、市）产业竞争力比较研究

文章通过构建具有西部特色的产业竞争力指标体系，运用主成分分析方法，分别从静态和动态两个方面对西部12个省（区、市）三次产业的竞争力进行了比较分析。结果表明，西部地区在产业发展上出现了以下不均衡：地区间产业总体竞争力存在很大差距；某些省份静态竞争力和动态竞争力排名差距较大；同一省份内部三次产业竞争力不均衡。因此，在今后的发展中，应利用当地资源优势，优化产业结构，将资源优势转化为竞争优势，大力发展第三产业。

Comparative Research on Regional Industrial Competitiveness in West of China

This article constructed a series of standard that suited the western areas and used the principal components analysis method to compare regional industrial competitiveness in the west of China from the static state and the dynamic aspects. The results indicated that the western area industrial development is imbalanced. First, industrial competitiveness is different from each other in the west of China. Second, the rank of some provinces＇ static state competitiveness and the dynamic competitiveness is very big. Third, industries competitiveness in the same province is imbalanced.
